The best time to visit Komodo National Park is between April to September. During this period, the weather conditions are more favorable, sunny, and not so rainy. The sea condition is average.

April to June is a great time to visit. The islands look green and lush after the rainy season. This is also the best time to spot Manta Rays and Komodo Dragons. The sea condition is calm, and the weather is sunny.
July to August is the best time to observe the mating of Komodo Dragons and see them in action. They are more active during this season. However, you will have to take a long trek to find them.
September to November is a good opportunity to see the majestic Manta Rays and other amazing underwater life in the Komodo National Park area.
December to March is not recommended. However, you can still visit in December, November, and March. The sea conditions are rough and heavy rain from January to February. Our boat trip may not be running during this period.
